Rome Fiumicino, Rome Ciampino and Pisa are the handiest airports. These airports are almost 150 kilometers from Porto Santo Stefano, therefore you need a car or a motorcycle to get there (you can take car or motorcycle on ferry to Giglio island).
Arrived in Porto Santo Stefano, you have to get on a ferry to Giglio island. Daily ferry departures are guaranteed. There are three large parking lots near Porto Santo Stefano ferry boarding area.
